FAQ
- Q

For security reasons, it is necessary to cancel the setting of two-factor authentication. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact our Customer Center.
- Q
Screen pops up when logging in, but can't press the agree button (can't continue from important notification screen)
- A
For important notification information in our service, you will be asked to confirm the content in a pop-up window when you log in, and then click the agree button.
So please open the PDF document in the notification screen, check to the end, and press the agree button.
- Q
Do I need device authentication every time I log in?
- A
Perform device authentication when logging in for added security. If you use multiple devices and multiple browsers, in principle you only need to use it for the first time on each device. (re-authentication is required when updating the system)
- Q
I did not receive the device verification email
- A
The device authentication email is sent to the registered email address. Just in case, check your spam folder. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Center.
- Q
Withdrawal even if it is "withdrawal", it will not be reflected in the withdrawal destination bank
- A
If the registered withdrawal destination is not applicable, funds will be returned to the Sirius account and no withdrawal will be made to the withdrawal destination account.
The status you see will be "Withdrawn", but when the funds are returned to your Sirius account, the status will be "Refunded". It will take a few days for the funds to be returned.
